You'll learn to recognize 'strengths' and their nemesis - offending coping behaviors - in order to increase staff efficiency and caseload achievements, and to optimize practice management skills.

Considering recent neuro-science research and transformation models this session gives insights into practice growth and non-compliant issues for staff and clients.

Angelina Musik-Comp will teach critical concepts and tactics for leveraging digital and traditional media, marketing and web technologies such as Social Media and Online Reputation Management.
